Live in it or rent it out?
If you live in the home, you need a homeowners policy. If you rent it out to tenants, you need a dwelling fire policy. We'll ask and match the right one.
Buying a home?
Your lender will need proof of insurance before closing. We can quote early so it's ready in time.

Can you insure a rental property?
Yes. Rental homes are covered with a dwelling fire policy.
Are there service fees?
Yes. We charge a $79 service fee for newly bound policies and $49 for renewals. We do not charge endorsement or claim handling fees.
